Every photo and video is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored on disk. The encryption key never leaves your device unprotected.
Your vault key is wrapped using Apple's Secure Enclave via P-256 ECIES. Even if someone extracts your file system, they cannot decrypt your media.
Unlock your vault instantly using Face ID or Touch ID. Biometric authentication is handled by the system — LockMyPic never sees your biometric data.
